Palmer Apartments - Wynnewood, PA

It is hard at times to understand the passion that goes into a design until you have lived through the process and breathed life into the design.  Such was the case with The Palmer Apartments in Wynnewood, PA. I invite you to read more of its history here.

The HVAC systems included the use of variable refrigerant volume so as to not encumber the aesthetics of the building.  By using this type of system, the advantages of an efficiency level on par with a geothermal or water source heat pump were obtained.
